MUDEFORD WEEK 2010

Dates for Mudeford Week next year are 7 - 13 August.

Mudeford Week is a friendly, family oriented regatta aimed at the not too serious competitor and has a mixture of Series racing, fun races and a variety of social events to suit all ages and tastes. There is a “3-Lap” fleet for those who want the most racing possible, and a “2-Lap” fleet for everyone else.  As a guide, the nominal dividing line between the fleets is PY 1180, but helms may enter which fleet they wish.

All sailing takes place in the sheltered tidal waters of Christchurch Harbour, making this a safe week for juniors as well as adults.

The Clubhouse is a Dutch barge “Vrouwe Johanna”, moored by the shore of the Harbour, with racing taking place just off the Club and finishing by it, making it an ideal viewpoint for non-racing partners, friends and family. There is a galley on Vrouwe Johanna where hot and cold drinks and various snacks are available.  Toilets are about 300 yards away by Mudeford Stores.

Programme details and an entry form are available on the next pages.
